1+1 Contract Model
This agreement follows a 1+1 structure, where terms may be updated after the first year.
1. General Terms
By using the DRC-X platform, you agree to these terms of service. The platform provides digital asset trading and investment services. Users under 18 cannot use the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone and notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access.
3. Investment Risks & Risk Disclosure
WARNING: Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets have high volatility. The value of your investments can increase or be lost entirely. DRC-X is not responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Investment Lock Rules
Capital lock period is 72 days. Accumulated profit is transferred to your main balance every 36 days. Early capital withdrawal before 72 days incurs a 30% penalty plus a $50 service fee.
5. Referral System
Bonuses earned through the referral system are subject to admin approval. Bonus amounts ($35 referrer + $35 referred) may change per platform policies.
6. Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are subject to admin approval. 8% commission on profit withdrawals, 30% + $50 service fee on early capital withdrawals.
7. Contract Structure (1+1)
This user agreement follows a 1+1 structure. The initial contract period is 1 year. At the end of the first year, DRC-X may update the contract terms.
8. Prohibited Activities
Fraud, money laundering, fake accounts, bot usage, and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
DRC-X cannot be held responsible for losses due to platform outages, technical failures, market fluctuations, or user error.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
11. Changes
DRC-X reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
